According to laboratory experiments by researchers at McGill University, maple syrup extract could makes disease-causing bacteria more susceptible to antibiotics. Knowing that Quebec state is responsible for about three-quarters of the world’s output, could there be a way to generate more revenue for maple syrup producers?
